For all you dAmn AddictsI'm sure by now most everyone on deviantART is aware of the existence of dAmn, the deviantART Messaging Network. A vast collection of chat rooms that can be easily accessed through the rather clunky dAmn client. I won't go into the wonders you can find on dAmn, lets just say there's an awful lot of users of dA that are here just for the wonderful conversation, excellent roleplaying, and wealth of information that dAmn offers.
Now I've been using dAmn for a good five years, perhaps more, and whilst many improvements have come along for it in the form of Greasemonkey plugins, things like Timestamps, more emoticons, away messages, all of those goodies. But the problem is, they're still just plugins, and ultimately it feels like they're trying to plug holes in the sinking ship that is dAmn. dA doesn't seem to have any desire to update the client, and so they just let it rot away, with its flaws and its CPU hungry nature.

The deviantART muro team have been beavering away for a little while on a new feature for third-party developers, and today we're pleased to reveal that deviantART muro now has a third-party embedding API.
What does this mean?
In simple terms it means that with a small amount of JavaScript code, you can bring the power of deviantART muro to your website, allowing your visitors to draw or edit images anywhere you like.

You're gonna love it.
After you install it just go to iPhoto and go to File/Export. There will be a tab for deviantART!
